Hillary Clinton, it is reported, will take to the floor of the convention declaring that Obama's election is sullied and useless because of the Edwards endorsement pushing Omama over the top. Had Edwards been truthful, Clinton asserts, she would have received not only the most votes from the electorate, but also surpassed Obama in delegate numbers too. Through backroom agreements, Obama coopted Edwards for endorsement, with Edwards knowing he had hijacked 7-15% of the vote which was channeled, by endorsement not only to Obama, but away from Clinton. It looks like Denver may burn yet.

It could happen. Well, it could.

This certainly could help to open up the convention to a serious floor fight — the Clintonistas will be able to make the argument that the nomination should not be allowed to swing to Obambi due to the Edwards role in the campaign??

I think that anyone analyzing the numbers during the primaries and caucuses could make the case that Hillary would have won outright had Edwards not been in the picture — also, her ‘inevitability’ aura would not have been so easily tarnished if it had been a 1-on-1 between Hillary and Obama in those early weeks.

Floor fight....floor fight......floor fight..... tear the DNC apart!!!
