The only single-engined jet aircraft in Russian Air Force service is the Su-22. The Su-22 was retained in the recce role. All the MiG-23s and MiG-27s in Russian Air Force service were retired in the 1990s.

What you have identified as the MiG-27 is actually the MiG-23Nope, Jeff Head is correct, it's an Su-24. NATO code name "Fencer". Sort of an F-111ski, complete to terrain following capability, IIRC. It's not very heavily armed for the mission. The only weapons I see are a rocket pod under the right wing. Internal gun(s) as well of course.
