Are you capable of giving a yes or no answer on this? WAS THE TAX-PAYER ABORTION CLAUSE IN THE DANGED BILL AT THE TIME THAT ROMNEY SIGNED IT OR NOT? I admit that I am nclear on how that can be considered “out of line.” If you would just answer the blasted question rather than obfuscate, this conversation could have been over and done with many posts ago.
