That was certainly odd.

If you care about the truth, everything about Romney is "odd."

The man is the most prolific liar in American politics today. It's a compulsion with the man. He's the kind of guy that will lie even when the truth would serve his ambition even better. Can't help himself, apparently.

It's like Limbaugh said of Clinton: When he gets out of bed in the morning his first thought is "how can I fool them today?"

[Mitt Romney] is the most prolific liar in American politics today.

EV, you do so much to destroy your own credibility that commenting on your posts is really unnecessary.

Keep up the good work!

Who is Richard Land and what is a "Downs Syndrome child"?

FTA: "She just had her fifth child, a Downs Syndrome child.

Apparently Mr. Land is unaware that people are not diseases. Every child is a gift, and every single human being is more than the sum of any illness or condition they might have.

Sarah Palin had a child with Downs Syndrome. As any mother of a disabled child will tell you, there is more to her child than his condition.

What a vile thing to say.

No. Why would you ask that?

“Taxpayer-funded abortions are part of RomneyCare.”

But then that doesn’t really answer my question does it?

How many people care what Richard Land thinks?

this evangelical doesn't... plus i think it's disgusting that he would highly recommend a woman who has a newborn baby to raise... i'm not against a woman vp... but one with little babies? i think that's awful...

And I’d be appalled if Palin agreed to hit the 24/7 campaign trail in pursuit of the 24/7 job of VP.

thank you! my thoughts, exactly...

Go to Commonwealth Care’s website and you will see that it includes “abortion services.” What more can I say?

What more? Well, you could try to actually answer the question that I asked you. If you are as intellectually honest as I’ve seen you on this forum in the past, I would expect you to be able to at least answer my question without any obfuscation.

It’s part of RomneyCare. If you want all the excuses for why it’s part of RomneyCare, you’ll have to get those from the rabid Romneyites.

You answered just as I thought you might. Sad really.

I asked because you seem to have inside information about what ministers say when they get together. I’ve never heard the phrase “How many you running?” asked of pastors or by pastors. Sounds pretty cynical, not something a minister would say.

Oh, cheer up.

I answered your question. Here it is in its original form:

Was that in the bill that Mitt signed or was it added later?

I told you a couple of times, it was in the bill.

No, you told me how the law currently is. I asked you if that was part of the law AS SIGNED by Mitt Romney, you have so far chosen not to answer that question. The answers that you HAVE given speak volumes about you as a person. That my FRiend, is the sad part.

Oh, well then everything is just peachy. (rolls eyes)

I've heard it many times. I think it just comes out and they don't understand how much they have gotten caught up into the “numbers” game.

Here’s your reasons:

(1) Romney is a stone cold liberal who panders to get votes.

(2) Cantor is a proven conservative.

(3) On the religious angle, I will prefer an observant Jewish person over a Mormon, since the Jewish person’s faith is based on 75% of my own Bible, whereas the Mormon’s faith is based on a false set of writings.
