I was enjoying your sarcasm up until I got to this point and got confused as to whether this is sarcasm or not.
It was not sarcasm... Bush has an IQ of 158 and people that I respect, such as Rush, have stated that one-on-one... it is overtly clear that this man is a thinker... a deeply smart man... which makes some of his decisions so impossible to understand.
