First off, MOVE, you're in occupied territory my FRiend!
Second, you really dont need that much concrete shielding. You'd be surprised how little reinforced concrete shielding you would actually need to protect you from radiation. Prolly about 6 inches but of course, that wont withstand the blast.

If we don't stop Vlad here he will be sending troops to all the former soviet states. You are wrong in your analysis of the situation. Georgia is a sovereign state with real borders that Russia has “appropriated” territory from by supporting the separatists.
