If you’re so freeping brilliant and this is so easily refuted, then refute it.

TechDude showed that certain pixel deviations "fit" with certain proposed texts. I've seen nothing to show that such apparent fits could not happen by coincidence. Further, TechDude's blog doesn't show non-marked magnified versions of the areas where he is drawing his inferences so as to make clear why he is drawing them, nor does he do a good job of explaining what enhancements were performed on the image prior to analysis.

Barack Obama! Don't you lie to me,
You're from Kenya Africa, not from Hawaii.

He trained at the madrassa, not PS 21,
His daddy was a Muslim, his mom not quite a nun.

He wants to be the president of these United States,
Imposing his religion like all past caliphates.

He may just be the Imam, the second after ten,
We don't know this sucker, not who nor where nor when.

Barack Obama! Don't you lie to me,
You're from Kenya Africa, not from Hawaii..

Oh, wait...I mean, he’s Obama’s father...that was from March 1961.

His original birth certificate says he's Caucasian and a Muslim. That is why they won't release it.

The “bimbo eruptions” of 1992 were calculated to divert attention from then candidate Clinton’s more substantive failings.
***That’s not the impression I got at the time. The media was doing their best to play them down, even when there was a recording of Clinton telling Gennifer Flowers to “lie, just lie”, even under oath (sound familiar?). The MSM carries water for whichever democrat has the best chance and we all know it. Look how they’re even carrying water for Edwards right now on his love-child story, probably because he has a chance at being VP — but mostly just because he’s a dem.

Being born on a military base is exactly the same as being born on U.S. soil.

Actually. No, it isn't.

There is no debate about that,

Actually. Yes, there is.

Last election cycle Sen. Claire McCaskill was sufficiently worried about this very point that she introduced a bill to declare McCain qualified.

Why do you suppose she went through all that unsuccessful effort to shore up a position you think is glaringly obvious?

Because it wasn't at all clear.

It still isn't.

The bill never passed as a law, only as a "sense of the senate"

Nope.

It’s the “sense of the senate” as if the senate has a lick of sense.

And are you more of a technical expert than that guy Techdude? If you’re so freeping brilliant and this is so easily refuted, then refute it.

I cannot refute the fact that "Techdude" has made unsupported claims.

Perhaps if the files and instructions on replicating the "Maya Effect" on the FtS version were posted, then I'd have something to confirm or disprove. Until then, burden of proof is on the conspiracy crowd.

BTW, if you care to notice, I was the guy pointing out the marks of the seal while the conspiracy crowd here was crying that there was no seal. I showed how it could be identified by the naked eye right in the location that the edge detection methods showed it.

But am I going to waste my time while no credible report is available to confirm? Nope.

Actually, it’s the fact that he’s not using matching funds that helps protect him.

That makes him a citizen.

Unlike Obama, there is no question that McCain is a citizen.

There is plenty of question as to whether the is constitutionally qualified.

When the Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution, they were consciously trying to avoid jus sanguinis as Britain used this very doctrine to assert that anyone born anywhere of British parents is a British subject, and could therefore legally be pressed into the service of the Crown.

Just exactly how many generations of foreign born American ancestor blood do you think your decedents would owe to this this country?

JerseyH: Have any of these conspiracy theorists released the actual proof they found the images to be forgeries?

BLurkin: that doesn’t mean there isn’t a genuine birth certificate waiting to be sprung just in time to embarrass anyone claiming he isn’t an American. .... The “bimbo eruptions” of 1992 were calculated to divert attention from then candidate Clinton’s more substantive failings.

***Maybe the two of you should work out just exactly which side has the best conspiracy theories.

Any person born to two U.S. citizens, regardless of the place of birth, is a full, total, natural-born U.S. citizen. Period. That’s the law.

Very true.

BUT, there's no clear-cut ruling to confirm that, and we all know that the very obvious "natural-born" vs. "naturalized" dichotomy can't be considered solid as long as the courts haven't yet had the chance to muck with things.

A democrat not feeding from the public trough?

I think that might be unprecedented.

There must be some very compelling reason for him to walk away from so much free taxpayer money!

BirthGate would have been a better choice.
***Feel free to add that keyword to all the pertinent threads, like I did.

Kenya does not officially recognize dual nationality.

But yes, by the Kenyan Constitution, I believe he became a Kenyan citizen on its independence day by virtue of his father's birth in Kenya/eligibility as citizen.

Techdude, Texasdarling and their crew have not publicly revealed anything of substance. Nothing at all.

No MSM will never touch this until the evidence is put forth for independent verification.

I have used two separate monitors to zoom into 800% on the “Sex MALE” section of the original, both monitors using Digital Video Essentials Calibration DVD’s and properly configured color profiles for professional Photoshop editing.

And I didn’t see jack shiat, to put it bluntly.

I checked three points in the black border pattern Techdude shows in the TexasDarling blog post, and I didn’t see anything approaching proof or even the possibility of what Techdude is claiming.

Quiet frankly I wasted a few hours looking this over. It’s bullshit. All of it.

He made the announcement soon after the birth certificate forgery flap began. The significance of the coincidence is open to speculation.

Unless specific instructions are posted on how to replicate the findings (and the replication works), I’m not real excited about this in the least.

And this will not hit the mainstream unless it can be replicated. Don’t hold your breath.
