Excellent Point. Maybe the threat will take care of having to actually DO the action.
My my. Things are starting to get serious.
If the US had the balls of Israel (pre-scumbag ball-less wonder PM’s) we would rule the universe for a millennium.
That's the only good reason I can think of. Still, making this public is a gamble. It shows how serious Israel is about this (not that that's a surprise).
Why, because once they deploy this system then Israel will start working to disarm or get around it. In fact, it would be a priority.
I don’t know what the system used in Syria, but Israeli planes were able to fly in and bomb the N Korean nucler plant under construction a few months ago...after neutrlaizing it.
THe Israelis will have no problem diffusing the Russian system. I’m sure Russian Jews developed it.
And yes, I agree. It’s cool that a country about the size of New Jersey thumbs their noses at a big country.
Let me ask you something... What would Obama say to all of this?
Russian weapons systems have never seemed to match their hype.
Russia doesn’t give a damn.
They want Iran’s $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
What do you want to bet the Russians are going to insist on cash?
Well, the size of New Jersey, with New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Delaware all bent on destroying it, and with Essex, Union, Morris, Monmouth, Ocean, and Atlantic counties walled off and filled with fanatical, uneducated, unemployed, inbred murderers.

Three Reasons:
1. The same reason why they are warning Iran not to get real serious about nuclear weapons.
2. A bitch slap to the face of the toothless Russian Bears.
3. Another not so covert message to Obama and his anti Israel thugs.

I was pondering Russia’s motivation when you posted this.
1- Trying to emphasize that they are still a “player” on the world stage.
2- Money from the sale of the missiles.
(seems like a paltry sum in the overall scheme of things)
3- Interest in continued and intensified destabilization in the Mideast.
(how much more is Russian oil worth because of all of this?)
This sounds to me as if the Israeli’s want Russia to deliver those S-300’s.
