That reminds me of something that happened on the TV show Dirtiest Jobs.
Mike was working reclaiming contaminated Ducks.
He was told to take the temperature of the Duck using a rectal thermometer.
He had to hold the Duck and quickly blow a hard puff of wind towards the Ducks ass and while the feathers were apart stick the thermometer in.
So from you post I would take it that Mike would possibly qualify as a politician most likely Obama or Larry Craig since both are sometimes associated with jobs that the main word blow is in the job description.
