well I think It's rather negative. Now he says “return to our Best Traditions” I think this is less polished but more honestly how he feels. I think we are, not perfect but by far the model for the world.

You do have a point. If anyone says ‘return to our best traditions’, they at least should explain what they mean by that. Each one has his or her own interpretations of these....
