I was born and raised in this county and have no kids but I still have to give the DMV my SS# because of “deadbeat dad” legislation that assumes I am guilty until I provide the number to prove I have no liens.

I was born and raised in this county and have no kids but I still have to give the DMV my SS# because of “deadbeat dad” legislation that assumes I am guilty until I provide the number to prove I have no liens.

In the past year I've gotten out of state fishing licenses in FL and CO and each of those states (presumably others) require an SS number supposedly for the same reason.
