I doubt it will get to 600 million....it will take some people going 10-15 times. Possibly, but it will probably peter out at about $525-$550 IMO.

And when you consider adjusted for inflation it would have to hit 900 million to catch Titanic...sadly. I hate that movie.

Today’s climate of DVDs and High Ticket prices have changed the game, but the adjusted for inflation chart at Box Office Mojo is interesting.

I saw it once, I wouldn’t even rent it again.

My husband, who rarely sees a movie in the theater let alone more than once, has seen it twice. He puts it in his top 10 of all time. My son seen it 4 times.

We like to let the big crowds die down before going to see a movie. We’re going to see it this weekend. I imagine there are more than a few that will do the same.

I’m with you in Titanic- I had to walk out of the theater several times to keep from pulling my hair out. I remember about an hour into it I was wanting to scream “Sink already”. On the other hand, I loved this latest Batman movie, I thought it was very entertaining.

“The Dark Knight” is a masterpiece that deserves its phenomenal success. There’s no telling how high it will go - so far it has confounded every prediction.
