“Are these cities primarily black in population?”
-
Cleveland 51%
Flint 53%
Detroit 81%
The others mentioned in the top post, are less than 50%
I would say that all of these cities have high poverty rates and politicians who are willing to rob the treasury to get re-elected.
That formula is a proven loser.
I am in mourning when I left Detroit in 72 most of it was still intact.
It reminds one of the boiled Frog in cold water he, is not aware until after the damage is done.
My heart is wrench after what happen to Detroit and Michigan.
I could howl in pain for days of all the destruction and decay and the great edifice that once stood and should have endured.
Very few seem to mourn with me America for this too is the hand writing on the wall for much of America in waiting should we not get rid of the plague of a Pelosi, Reid, Obama or anything that resembles it etc.
Communism does not build or preserve, it destroys and erase.
When I was a child those noble building grabbed my soul and I can’t explain why but I felt it so strong when I was a wee one!
Many of these places were build like the Rock of Gibraltar it is now gone because those who desire to control were the gamers, double talkers, PC crowd, mixed in with the Socialist, Unions.
Their contempt for the blood, sweat, and tears of the inventors, risk takers, producers the visionaries now labels as Capital Pigs.
It is not a few of these noble buildings gone it is a ghost towm they tried to blame it on shopping mall that is a joke it was lack of money to support Detroit Art and the communites after the

BTW I lived through that I lived behind JL Hudson and watch the troops guard that Build all for what when in few decades it was terminated.
Hudson’s, or The J.L. Hudson Company, was a major retail department store chain based in Detroit. Hudson’s flagship store, on Woodward Avenue in downtown Detroit (demolished October 24, 1998),[1] was the tallest department store in the world as of 1961,[2] and, at one time, claimed to be the second largest department store (next to Macy’s) in the United States, in terms of square footage.
That was rise of the I am going to get mine crowd, no matter the cost combined with the gutting of the “Goose that laid the Golden Eggs “Auto Industry” which not only supported Michigan but many other states around who too were suppliers on some level!
There is a concerted effort to dismantle America economy engine forcing the US to be under the umbrella of the New World Order.
They want to do the same with the Oil Industry
