The Supreme Court Justices who are reviewing this case tonight need to get off their back sides and get it done so the midnight deadline can be met.

I’m not sure they are doing anything with it tonight. This was filed on Friday and still no answer according to the snip I posted in #239 above.

In the past, during last minute appeals, the Supreme Court has ruled within hours of the death sentence being carried out...one way or the other. Sometimes even within 10-15 minutes.

I believe the Justices, in a case like this, will be reviewing it tonight.

I am not sure to this point whether an official stay is in place or whether the State of Texas is waiting to see. I believe with all that has been said and the publicity regarding it, that if there was no stay, then Texas would alredy have acted.

We shall see.
