I hope if the USSC says Texas can’t execute because a foreign court says so that Texas tells the scumbag court to go to Hell and gets him dead ASAP. That’ll set one Hell of a situation whereby a State tells the feds that their rules are unconstitutional, meaning the people regain the right to say what they will do and not 5 royalty judges.
Actually both Justice Stevens and Kennedy sided with the 4 conservative justices in this case in March 08.
