Apparently this was submitted to the SCOTUS on Friday and they still haven’t returned an answer........

Medellin’s supporters say either Congress or the Texas Legislature should be given a chance to pass a law setting up procedures for new hearings.

Yeah, unless the Court decides to do a last minute stay (I think that’s unlikely), I’m guessing there’s going to be a strong dissent from one of the libs and that’s what the hold up is.
