However, if his original birth certificate was destroyed and reissued because of his adoption by his Indonesian stepfather, that could change his eligibility due to dual citizenship in Indonesia.

Didn’t he call his Grandmother a racist.Remember this was early 60’s. How would she feel about her daughter having a baby with a black man. Wouldnt she demand/rush her daughter back to US territory (Hawaii) to get that COLB. Bad enough if he was born out of country. As far as the sister’s connection to the BC/COLB I just can’t put that together. Who are her parents (mother)If she was born elsewhere, why take her to Hawaii to get a COLB? So many questions. NO answers.

More flaming horse s#!t. The Constitution is silent on the topic of dual nationality. It only requires that he be a natural-born citizen.
