His goal with the “Buddhist nation” comment was to get Buddhists to vote for him, of course. His goal is to get the non-Christian vote, from wherever the source, by attacking his “own faith” in an unsympathetic belittling way. No wonder he sauntered out of Islam and wandered into Christianity with no conversion or change in conviction. To him, its all “socio-political.” This is the view of a hardcore Marxist.

Does anybody remember that speech he gave to a group of evangelicals a few years ago, the “best speech on Religion in America in X years.” Then came the small town comment, now this. Why the change? Is he “testing the waters” for much more of this?

I'm sure he will fool some half-stepping Buddhists the same way he fools some half-stepping Christians. The Marxist secular humanists recognize him for what he is. Their messiah. The one guise this chameleon doesn't pull off very well is average American though. I think he's toast in the general but he is still going to do a lot of damage along the way.
