Welcome back, Neil, and continued prayers for a full recovery.
Welcome back Neil. We in the “G” household missed you.
Thanks, I’m cubicle bound, but I’m sure I’ll get a report about it.
MS frequently causes problems with the bladder and incontinence or blockage may occur. The surgery is not aimed at the MS but at organ systems that may affect.
I went to one of the MS discussion boards and there was a thread about his surgery. I knew MS can affect the vocal cords (resulting in a breathy voice)...I didn’t know they could surgically repair the problem.
Here’s a link to an article about the problem, causes, and surgery.

I missed him. Thankfully Mr. Common Man with Common Sense and Decency is Back!
Very well said. Have a nice day.
He sounded like he had a cold today. I didn’t know he had had surgery. I was listening rather than watching. I am so glad he is doing well and is back. He was certainly at the top of his game.
My neice has MS and had surgery on her esophagus recently. She was having trouble swallowing. That was a success. She also had a baby boy this year. It was quite the happy surprise for all of us. She and her husband are just radiant.
God bless you, Neil... may you be blessed with MANY more happy and healthy years! :o)
Neil is wonderful, but in today’s show (Aug 13) he called Powell a Republican’s Republican.
I love Neil, but Powell let Scooter Libby twist in the wind while Dick Armitage is the person who leaked the CIA connection.
Powell is a very left of center Republican who is angry with the Bush Administration, when by rights, it should be the Administration who is angry with Powell.
