Not the time for the President to intervene in my opinion. Let these guys do their thing! They received their marching orders from GW - let’s drill! Now let’s see how many of them remember how to take the fight to the streets. Too bad we don’t have more military guys serving in office. I do also believe that the MSM will only be able to ignore this so long - only one of our local TV stations covered it Friday evening, two covered it last night and it will happen!

It's a good thought and still might happen - it is a long vacation - but GWB won't do that while he, himself, is out of the country for the Olympic opening.
Reminder bump that when he's back in the White House it's time to press hard.

Folks, they are showing some life and taking a stand. Everyone who is in the DC area that can afford to take a couple hours out of their day, get over to the House and sit in the House chamber with these guys. Let’s see if we can fill it up from day one. Everyone else, keep writing the letters and making the phone calls to every Congressman now, and if you can, make the trip to DC to spend a day with these guys and gals. We do not stop until there is a vote on the House floor.
