Heredity aside, Obama has preferred the company of radicals, socialists and communists for most of his life. It would be foolish to think that he does not think the same way. There’s a lot of common sense in the old saying that “Birds of a feather flock together.” Because of the amount of time spent with such people and his obvious preference for them, the attempted defense of charging “guilt by association” doesn’t even apply.

As President, he would appoint hundreds of people to some of the highest positions in our government. What else is there that would predict the kind of people he would appoint? The kind of people he has associated with throughout his adult life are the kind of people he would select. William Ayers for Sec. of Defense? Jeremiah Wright for Health and Human Services? Michael Pfleger for Supreme Court Justice? Why should we believe that he would use better judgment in his appointments than he has in his personal life?
