The descriptor 'Black' is a pseudonym for 'African American', Afro-American, etc. In other words, it doesn't really refer to Haitians, Africans, black Hispanics, Caribbeans, etc., but rather traditional black Americans, thus making it more of an ethnic based organization than a racial one (like the ethnic organizations listed above).

Uh...what? So Haitians, Africans, et al, aren’t really ‘black?’ Man, when you people watch the left to go to extraordinary lengths to explain why ‘their’ racism is ok, just take a look at yourself. Thats the most twisted logic I have ever seen.
I guess by the same token, “White” doesn’t refer to European Australians/Europeans/South Africans, etc. Just Whites in America.

Here I was under the impression that Blacks in America were from a wide spectrum of Black African ethnicities and cultures. I didn’t realize they were a homogenous group...let me guess, African slavery didn’t happen for thousands of years, over the entire continent, the White man just swooped in ONCE and took a really, really, really large village.
Righto. Like I said, if you accept identity politics when it benefits you, you lose the moral high ground to resist them when it doesn’t benefit you. Kind of like how we all love to point out the endless examples of leftist hypocracy. And we’re never going to ‘out handout’ the handout party, and it will only destroy ours further.
