Nope, just noticing that the First Amendment is good but you cannot libel or slander or endanger others by yelling fire in a theater.

I don't recall anyone gagging me when I've entered theaters. Nor are there any prior restraint mechanisms that would prevent me from committing libel. Were I to commit libel or cause a civil disturbance, I could be punished for such action after the fact, but I may not be gagged for fear of crimes that I might commit.
