The perp clearly is crazy..has nothing to do with religion.
The victim was innocent as can be..as is usually the case with random wanton crime.
My heart goes so out to the victims family. As for the perp...annihilate him at once...there is no room in any society for his behavior and it CAN NOT BE FORGIVEN BY THE LIVING.
