They’ve been doing this in Germany for years, to make sure you’re not throwing away anything that should be recycled.
After removing any and all papers that might identify the origin of the garbage, homeowners should put their garbage into big boxes, address them to Mayor Newsom at City Hall, NO return address, and leave them at the local post office during the night with the box marked “C.O.D.” - I guarantee the post office won’t keep them or dispose of them, hey - it’s the U.S. mails, right?
But that fool Newsom will get the message.
Seattle City Council passes ordinance requiring "food scrap" recycling/composting,
and a grocery bag tax (20 cents a bag).
