as to oil....the most obvious cripple here is using our reserves.....which could drop us to our knees Are you saying using our reserves cripples us??

our reserves are NOT to be used cause a qt of oil was low....it is for absolute emergencies via war, weather ,invasion....not capitsalistic pricing....use it unwisely, you are out of it....where and at what price do you replace it ???????????????????????????
