CSPAN had a statement that said that the cameras are under the control of the SOH. No private cameras allowed. CSPAN has rights to tap the feed, so if the SOH cuts is (which the witch did), they fade to black. HTH.

Someone posted on the live breaking thread, that CSPAN doesn’t control the congressional cameras, they are controlled by the House and the Senate. At least that was the claim. So if Stretch says the cameras are off, they go off.
