If it’s nothing more than talk and no action then it really doesn’t matter now does it. If this goes on long enough, there WILL be a vote on drilling because the RATS will take the heat. Haven't you read the polls on drilling? Over 70% WANT US TO DRILL!! Sure, this isn't the way a NORMAL Congress conducts it's business but this ISN'T a normal Congress. It's a dictatorship controlled by Pelosi.
