I used to ride greyhound when I was in college. Is there any worse place to go that a bus station? whether it be the port authority in NY, or station outside of St.Louis, why on earth are bus stations in the worst parts of town?

Riding Greyhound is a quite an experience. It’s sort of like being in prison for a little while.
The bus station in Boston is in a very good area——near South Station.
