Also, I’ve been trying to put your logo and the widget on my site, but I’m running into problems. For some reason, it won’t let me add the element. Any suggestions?

Welcome aboard! Shouldn't cause any problems using two names. Most of us have at least one other name we use on YouTube.

I've not run into any problems adding the widget, if you want to send me a private reply telling me the error you get, I'll see if I can help.

BTW, I love your latest post on change. That should be made into a commercial ‘cause it is spot on.
