Al-Qaeda’s Islamic State of Iraq (ISI), which has been designated as a terrorist organization by the U.S. State Dept. It is illegal to host terrorist videos on U.S. servers. Providing services to terrorists violates executive orders 12947 and 13224.

We got a similar user name suspended back in April Zakariyya400. Perhaps that one? It wouldn't surprise me to find out we had suspended several of his/her accounts...
