Why isn't Ayers and Dohrn in prison for their weatherman terrorism?

It's downright CRIMINAL that media is sweeping Obama's association with these criminals under the rug.

If Obama gets elected, there will come a day when there will be huge monuments installed commemorating Ayers and Dohrn .

Is your question about Ayers and Dohrn merely rhetorical, or do you want the actual answer, which is part of the public record...no mystery?

There was a court ruling that the evidence on which the prosecution rested could not be admitted in court because the FBI used “illegal wiretaps” to get the incriminating information.

I haven’t followed it closely enough to know what made the wiretaps illegal, but that’s what a court ruled.

Ayers brags about getting away scot-free, even though admitting publicly that he did it and regretting he didn’t do even more bombings.
