None, because that is a very real possibility, and it is just as much so if the beast, or any RAT gets in for that matter.

While it is a direct violation of the constitution they all swear to uphold when they take office, what's to stop them from amending the constitution once they do take office?

washington dc city government has set the example ignore the constitution, that is what will be done, with legal elites backing it up from harvard and yale..
have you not understood the constitution is moot?
our current sets of laws violate it every day the federal gov has usurped powers never given to it.
