Have you ever noticed that a lot of movies' cinematographers are Polish or at least have Polish names?
Poles seem to have an eye for images.
Go to this site and do a search for Poland. Even the modern day photographers have a knack.

As a child WWII always seemed so much like ancient history and yet it ended only 16 years before I was born. These pictures and the very impressive overlaying with modern photos adds an even stronger link between then and now. Thanks Lizol as usual you remain on the cutting edge of Free Republic. (I couldn't even post a picture of my dog lol!)
