i just said i wasn't going to second guess what the cops did even though their tactics might seem to be a bit overzealous.
as for my personal safety, it's concern but i wouldn't have taken the job if i didn't think i could do it correctly. however, if it is between me and some perp, that perp is going down.
And sometimes the perp goes down...and turns out to not be the perp. Oops.
What do you think about raids where the cops bust in on the wrong house and a cop is shot and maybe killed by frightened occupant?
Is this justifiable on the occupant’s part?
