So I guess you never heard of hoarding in an emergency. If "water" is cheap then people buy more than they need, "just in case". Then there is nothing left for anyone else, hence shortages. Higher prices prevent hoarding
Free markets work every time they're tried. Do they seem fair sometimes, no. But if you examine them logically without emotion, you will see that they work for everyone.
BS when you charge $10 for a bottle of water you're gouging and making a profit off human suffering, dying, and misery. Have you ever heard of limit on number of items? I guess you have a one track mind from some bad college class you attended.
