It is a BIKE path not a walking path, get out of the way!

The pedestrian ALWAYS HAS THE RIGHT OF WAY even in the middle of an interstate highway. The name of the venue does not change the fact.

Yes, but pedestrians are not supposed to walk on a BIKE path, period, that was my point when typed in caps! Here the signs tell them that they have a WALKING path in another area of town! You aren’t supposed to walk on it becaue you can get hit by bikes!

Sorry in Ohio pedestrains on the interstate are against the law. Idon’t think I’ve ever heard of anyone being charged if they hit someone on the interstate? The bike path here prohibits pedestrains on the bike path so if one gets hit there it is their fault, period. In Ohio if you are hit on the road and not in a cross walk, it is your fault for being in the road!
