"Drilling" being used as political capital is just a gambit.. and has no resemblance to intelligent policy.. a stopped clock is correct twice a day but still should not be used to tell time..

It is political, but it's still an empty gesture to fool the masses. I'd applaud it if he did it back in 2001 or 2002.
