Rudy was never a factor in the race though and I doubt he is on the short list for VP.
WHAT is this hate filled obsession about Romney? It must be a mental disease, that's all I can figure.
It starts with Mitt being a liberal who flip flops to run for president. Then his supporters start accusing everyone else of being bigoted. One of the big problems I have with Mitt is the dishonesty of his supporters on talk radio.
When Huckabee got something like 40% of the evangelical vote, Rush talked about the stupid Christian identity voters for days, but when ~100% of Mormons voted for Mitt, I didn't hear him talk about how Mormons were just voting for him because of his religion.
Its quite clear to me that the Huckabee supporters weren't identity voters at all while the Mitt supporters were. Rush and the other talk show hosts lied like crazy to smear Huckabee on this while trying to cover for Mitt.
Another odd thing was when no one on the radio took Mitt to task for saying he would mandate universal health care if he was elected. I've heard Rush et al rant for years against this but when Mitt proposes it, they have nothing to say.
Now these same talk radio hypocrites and liars are pushing the liberal $50 abortion Mitt for VP. It makes some of us a little bit upset.
Oh by the way, who owns Clear Channel? Isn't Mitt's Bain Capital purchasing it? I wonder if the owners are all Mormon Mitt supporters. It could explain why the radio hosts are all lock step marching to Mitt's tune.
