There shouldn’t be any “hold overs” from the Clinton administration.
We should have gotten rid of them by now..

You're kidding, right? The Clintons packed every department, agency and bureau with Democrat lifers. They're supposed to be “non-partisan”, sorta like Valerie Plame.
