Osama and his Al Quida followers are getting untold reparations paid to them over and over on the receiving end of Hell Fire, JDAM, and Tomohawk munitions.

Millions and millions...tens of millions of doallars worth of them being paid to them on account of their efforts.

Such reparations should continue and be increased on an individual or group basis whenever one or more of them show their faces.

“Not a single one of these men ( i.e., German, Japanese, and Italian soldiers held in the U.S) were given their habeas corpus rights.”

It gets even better. Unless I missed it, the article doesn’t mention a case where non-uniformed German combatants, i.e., would-be satoteurs, were captured on Long Island and in Florida before they could do any harm. Roosevelt ordered that they be tried IN SECRET BY A MILITARY TRIBUNAL. They were all executed except for one or two who ratted the rest out. They got life. Did anyone demand compensation for their families and relatives? I don’t know but I doubt it. Until this bizarre Supreme Court majority came along, no U.S. court and no U.S. law has ever held that foreign combatants held in the U.S. had habeas corpus rights.
