Some marginal journalism and editing going on here. Let's start with this: The headline is about his reading list. Little mention of this in the body of the story. Unbiased reporting, at the least, would determine what, if other books and reading material were found in his house. If other books were found in the house, but not mentioned, the reporters (at minimum) should have written "among books found in his house.."

Also........the laughable one. It looks like 6 people were on this story...and nobody caught this one: Owen said Adkisson's stated hatred of the liberal movement was not necessarily connected to any hostility toward Christianity or religion per say, but rather the political advocacy of the church.

Actually, there is a very good reason why there is no other reported information pertaining to any other books.

The three books discussed were obtained pursuant to a search warrant and delivered to the court as evidence. I can only guess as evidence to support JDA’s stated motive.

There’s no question that what happened Sunday was a horrible tragedy. I’m worried now that the lives lost in Knoxville this weekend are quickly going to become political fodder in a push from the left to quell any dissenting speech and label political discussion as domestic terrorism.

If the Democrat majority in the Senate successfully passes S1959 (which O’Bama supports by the way), a dangerous precedent will be set. Can you imagine the Lib’s using this terrible tragedy as a way to label true and outspoken conservatives as domestic terrorists just for expressing their First Amendment right to free speech?

Look around the web, a lot of Lib’s are blogging that some media outlet must stand up and declare this to be what it is— an act of domestic terrorism.

NO, actually, let’s take the lead and call it what it is. First degree murder punishable by death in Tennessee, PERIOD!

Okay, the guy owned some books written by conservative authors. Guess he’s our spokesperson now, huh? Really? I cannot believe the garbage I am reading in some places. We cannot let the Lib’s play the domestic terror card. That is of course, unless you want the Pelosi-Obama thought police monitoring this blog and deciding what rights we get to keep.

I actually read a post from one idiot claiming that “while they might not have pulled the trigger, they definitely aimed the gun.”

I happen to live in Knoxville and I’ve never heard Hannity say anything on 100.3 about the TVUUC or murdering people. This is sad, so sad. Lib’s are going to use these poor murdered souls politically and demand reparations from conservatives. Seriously, there are more important things to worry about right now; like the poor children who witnessed a mass-murder during church.
