I have been trying for years to get people in know to understand this.
But because the MSM denies it or downplays it must Americans did not understand this.

Well, you don't have it quite right either.
Not that it matters to me "why", but the word "freedom", as we understand it, did not exist in arabic (the official language of islam) until propagnda purposes forced them to invent one, in the 20th Century.
Same with the concept of "Nation".
