I believe you are right. Look for the GOP to trot out all kinds of scare tactics about Obama (that is, if McCain will let them). They are going to HAVE to scare us into voting for McCain.
Although, I am pretty frightened about Obama without their having done that.

I am terrified of Obama’s candidacy. He is the most liberal, socialistic candidate of a major party during my lifetime. So is that the answer - McCain’s base is made up of those who despise Obama?

Candidates that depend on you just voting against the other candidate lose. ie, John Kerry.
Apparently the RNC needs to learn this lesson.
