Your dogs are just precious and, from what I can see of it, I think that the sofa that they are perched on is also quite lovely.

Thank you so much for the compliments! I no longer live in the home where that couch resided. I think I gave it to my stepdaughter, come to think of it! But, happily, I still have my two little girls with me, Lily and Daisy, and everyday they are here I am blessed. I love them with all my heart.

Out of the blue, about ten years ago, I decided in an instant I wanted a dog. My husband didn't want a dog, but I persisted. I had never had a pet growing up and always wanted one. That's when Lily (the white maltipoo)came into our lives. Immediately after we got her, both my Mom and Dad became ill and moved in with us! Some days, the only happiness I had was when I looked at the adorable little dog. She sat with my Dad and kept him company until the day he died, and then, for the next six years, she sat under my Mom's recliner and kept her company until the day she died.

I believe God sent her to us. I truly do.

Daisy, the Schitzu, came into our lives in 2003. Another snap decision on my part and, again, my husband was against it. Needless to say, you cannot part Daisy and my husband now! Sometimes I think he loves her more than he loves me! LOL! They are totally inseparable!
