So now some guy from the moderate rag National Review who obviously has an agenda against Savage is now the 'expert' on the Autism legitimacies? Ha, this gets more interesting by the day.
1) If the National Review is "moderate", what pray tell is conservative ?
2) The author, FYI has an AUTISTIC KID for crying out loud. He isn't an absentee father ( the way Savage describes it in his show ), but someone who has had to LIVE with his child's condition from day 1. THAT GIVES HIM CREDIBILITY.
Folks, let's not give support to someone when he says something wrong. Even when he uses the "conservative" label for himself.
And BTW, autistic kids are NOT MEDICATED. They require special education --- Behavioral Analysis, Relationship Development Intervention, Floortime, etc.
Learn about the condition before jumping into conclusions.

There's obviously a lot of misinformation and misdiagnoses' going around concerning Autism and other behavioral type diseases and I thank Savage for bringing that to the light.
. But here we have a guy from a MODERATE rag like National Review trying to tell me what conservatives to support and what conservatives not to, well they can kiss my A$$, thank you very much.

You are wrong on they don’t drug kids for autism. I am just wondering if you meant that, yes, there is no “cure” for autism pharmaceutically, but what Doctors do prescribe are behavioral suppressing drugs usually classified as Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors, or SSRI. And this is used to treat the SYMPTOMS. So when you say that athey don’t prescribe drugs could you please tell me what Zoloft, Prozac, Luvox and Wellbutrin are? According to my PDR, these are drugs, typically used in treating ADD and ADHD.
