I love the idea in the title. I always felt this way and I’m glad the Heritage Foundation is leading the charge. This is a direct challenge and solution to stop the spread of socialism, marxism, and fascism.

It's an interesting springboard: "liberty" is an "unalienable Right," according to the Declaration. So the argument can be made that economic liberty is encompassed by the same.
That being said, the Constitution does delineate that Right (Commerce Clause, etc.). So we have a "tension" that's built-into the system.
