Do any Muslims celebrate Christmas? What about birthdays?
A Muslim has a distinguished personality. He should not imitate others in evil things and leave the good ones. Talking to our children about their birthdays, we should remind them that on such days they should remember the blessings of Allah and praise Him for giving them life and guidance. It would be better if we ask them to offer something in charity as a form of showing gratitude.
From islamonline.net. In short, the answer to your question is no. Interesting, isn't it? I don't honestly know what the Obama's truly believe, but their faith's hate-filled preaching and racist beliefs resemble islam in a lot of ways.

Conclusion:
Muslims do not celebrate the birthday of anybody regardless of who it is. If we were to celebrate anybodys birthday it would be that of the prophet and he and so many better Muslims than us did not do such and the companions loved him immensely. So if his birthday is not celebrated why should we celebrate someones of lesser worthiness? To celebrate birthdays is heresy. The prophet said: Anyone who introduces something into the affairs of ours (Islam) will have it rejected
