I certainly understand your frustration with the direction this country is headed and you are not alone in that frustration.

This is still the greatest country in the world with some great people in it and a lot of them post here on FR.

I am glad you still have those “give a damn” moments because we are actually free to have them and to appreciate them. Thankfully we have the financial or physical ability to voluntarily support our favorite organizations. Thanks for supporting our military....my sons and their fellow Marines appreciate it....

Well, one thing I never lose faith in or lose my love for, is our military. I also feel so grateful that we are in the position to give.
