Eating any solid food?

Oh yes -- tuna sandwich, green salad, 1/2 a chicken, turkey sandwich, fruit salad, peanut butter and toast/crackers -- anything that I want.
One big problem that I have is I waste too much, so I will have to try to do better next week. But I eat everything. Today, the stores have the food in small servings and ready to eat (even though sometimes it seems to be too much food... I'll try to do better next week)
